Feeder Terminal Unit

A feeder terminal unit (FTU) is a device used in electrical power distribution systems to connect a feeder cable to a distribution panel or other load center. Feeder remote terminal unit typically consists of a terminal block and a protective enclosure. The terminal block is used to make connections between the feeder cable and the distribution panel, and the enclosure provides protection for the terminal block and the connections it contains.
